Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) has approved Virgin Australia's acquisition of a 60% stake in Tiger Airways Australia, Virgin Australia Holdings (VAH) has announced. VAH confirmed FIRB had "no objections" to the proposed acquisition.
